We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead customer network/compute rack programs, with a focus on rack design and system and rack-level integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5–8+ years of experience managing hardware or system-level programs, with exposure to firmware and infrastructure integration
  • Solid understanding of: Firmware domains (BMC, BIOS, system FW) and their role in system bring-up
  • Solid understanding of: Data center rack systems, including compute, storage, networking, power, and thermal considerations
  • Solid understanding of: System-level integration across hardware, firmware, and infrastructure components
  • Experience supporting NPI cycles (EVT/DVT/PVT) and manufacturing ramp
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive alignment across engineering and operations stakeholders
  • Strong program management skills, including planning, risk management, and execution tracking
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Familiarity with data center environments and rack deployment considerations is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of customer network/compute rack programs, including firmware and system integration readiness
  • Drive alignment across firmware domains (BMC, BIOS, system FW) and ensure coordination with hardware and integration test teams
  • Lead rack-level integration efforts, ensuring compatibility across hardware, firmware, and data center infrastructure components
  • Ensure program readiness for successful rack shipment and mass production deployment
  • Manage execution across EVT, DVT, and PVT phases, including schedule tracking, issue management, and cross-team coordination
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including risk identification, dependency management, and change control
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Hardware Integration, Integration Test, Validation, Manufacturing, and Operations) to align scope and deliverables
  • Translate customer technical requirements into executable plans, ensuring alignment across system architecture and integration points
  • Identify and manage risks related to firmware compatibility, system integration, and rack deployment readiness
  • Drive on-time delivery of key customer milestones with clear communication of status, risks, and mitigation plans
