Requirements

Experience serving as an integrator for cross functional teams, ensuring translation of tasking into JIRA tickets, with proactive follow up until priority completion
Knowledge of JIRA, developing dashboards, and digital reporting for senior government leadership
Ability to lead and facilitate task management and requirements meetings with varying levels of senior leaders and technical experts
Ability to listen to high-level strategic discussions and translate them into concrete workflows, dashboards, and JIRA tracking mechanisms
Ability to actively engage with Program Managers to check on the status of taskers, upcoming deadlines, and roadblocks while maintaining data integrity across the dashboard platforms
Ability to support high-level engagements and track resulting action items from senior leadership
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Experience supporting Navy stakeholders
PMP, ITIL, or Agile Certification
