Technical Production Operations
About The Position
The Production Operations role for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for following established operation procedures, maintaining appropriate training records for your role, sustaining a smooth flow of material, and the execution of work orders to on-time completion. This position reports to the Supervisor of Reagent Operations and is part of Reagent Operations department located in Chaska, MN, and will be on-site. The role will primarily be in Purifications, with the potential to be flexed to other areas depending on business needs. Requirements
- Must have AA degree or higher
- 1+ years relevant experience
- Proven track record of good laboratory practices (GLP)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs periodically and be able to move and stand over an extended period.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a regulated industry preferred (e.g. FDA, ISO)
Responsibilities
- Execute the daily production plan to due date conformance and quality standards according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements.
