We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Support Specialist responsible for providing post-sales technical product support. This role involves analyzing customer business needs, developing technical requirements, preparing technical responses to Requests for Quotes (RFQs), configuring integrated solutions, and implementing client solutions. As a primary point of contact between customers' technical staff and our development/engineering organization, you will serve as a technical consultant to the sales team, requiring broad knowledge of multiple computer environments and in-depth knowledge of our enterprise products.
