About The Position

As a Technical Product Owner, you’re passionate about outcomes and supporting a development team that’s modernizing critical projects. You know the importance of Agile best practices and how to combat challenges early to get work done. We need a scrum master like you to create solutions that’ll change the world. On our team, you’ll apply your functional knowledge to coach a development team to focus on sprint goals, ensuring the project is successfully progressed. You’ll apply basic scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems. Using tools like JIRA and confluence you’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. In this role, you’ll directly impact the mission area by enabling the development team to deliver secure, high‑quality capabilities that support the mission—facilitating rapid, data‑driven analysis and decision support through an integrated software platform that connects threat data, modeling outputs, and operational insights in real time to analysts and decision‑makers. Requirements

  • Experience acting as a Product Owner for enterprise tools, translating business needs into technical requirements, and overseeing end-to-end development.
  • Experience mastering and optimizing complex platforms and serving as a SME to guide feature enhancements, workflow improvements, and user adoption.
  • Experience developing detailed technical documentation, user guides, and process flows to support platform migration, training, and organizational scaling.
  • Knowledge of requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and technical coordination across engineering, HR, recruiting, and leadership teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology, including user stories and backlog practices.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing large-scale programs, budgets, and cross-team coordination.
  • Experience leading digital ecosystem transitions, such as creating SharePoint resource hubs and migrating teams from legacy systems, and supporting technical modernization work.
  • Ability to demonstrate readiness for enterprise-level product ownership.
  • Certifications in data analytics, agile practices, and stress/anxiety support that strengthen cross-domain collaboration and user-focused delivery.

  • Manage multi-tier stakeholder engagement and lead cross-functional delivery, including training facilitation, change management, and user onboarding.
