About The Position

If you are convinced that strong agile product management is the engine for high-performing, secure, and future-oriented hardware and software solutions, we will give you exactly the space and the team to bring your ideas to life. The focus here is on: Product Vision & Tech-Leadership: You drive the technical product vision for our customers' hardware and software solutions. You skillfully balance new features, optimal market value, and the consistent reduction of technical debt. Backlog Ownership & Agile Delivery: You maximize your team's output. You manage the technical product backlog, define user stories together with the devs at eye level, and accept deliverables – always with an eye on high quality standards and the product vision. Hardware meets Software: You orchestrate an exciting value chain – from hardware development (incl. supplier management for series production) and embedded software to backend services and over-the-air (OTA) updates. Stakeholder & Release Management: You strategically plan releases, prepare agile events (like PI Plannings), and gather valuable feedback. You are the interface to security, platform, and business stakeholders and have the courage and authority to set priorities and say "no" when necessary.
