Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience; a minimum of 8 years relevant SAP experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant Life Sciences experience.
  • SAP S/4HANA: In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA, particularly Supply Chain Planning.
  • Supply Chain Planning: MRP, Production Planning, Scenario Modeling, Master Data.
  • Business Processes: Strong understanding of core Supply Chain Plan and Source business processes.
  • Experience in Medtech/Healthcare industry and good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation.
  • Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA is required.
  • Configuration: Expertise in configuring the SAP S/4HANA Plan and Source modules to meet business requirements.
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Planning processes.
  • Integrations : Ability to design and test integrations with external and internal systems / partners while also supporting the build technical team for any questions around the mechanism of the integrations , error handling, reprocessing etc.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Testing : Ability to build the scenarios for testing based on the end-to-end processes design and drive any defects coming out of the testing phase.
  • Documentation: Skilled in creating detailed technical documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Focuses on Business agility, Agile delivery with a fail-fast attitude, and measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional self-organized teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability of accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Responsibilities

  • The TPO Plan role will take responsibility for designing and deploying integrated solutions across supply chain planning.
  • Core SAP and planning SAP S/4HANA planning capabilities (MRP, MRP Live, Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning views)
  • SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP): demand, supply, inventory, S&OP, planning operators, scenario modeling
  • SAP modules integration: , , , , , and MDG (master data)
  • Master data management: material master, BOMs, routings, batches, serial number and shelf‑life handling
  • ATP/gATP, Available to Promise and order promising concepts
  • Advanced planning topics: demand sensing, forecast accuracy, safety stock policy, lead time management, constraint/capacity planning
  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Own Supply Chain ERP SAP Plan product vision and translate user needs, business priorities, and strategic objectives into a clear and actionable product roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities that leverage technology—including AI, automation, and advanced analytics—to improve business performance and patient outcomes.
  • Define value realization frameworks, including success metrics, KR/KPIs, and measurement plans tied to business and patient impact.
  • Technology Delivery & Engineering Leadership Lead and partner with engineering teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of new capabilities and platform improvements.
  • Oversee backlog management, user story quality, sequencing, and sprint execution.
  • Remove blockers, guide decision-making, and maintain clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Agile Product Operating Model Serve as a champion of the J&J MedTech Product Operating Model, driving user-centricity, iterative learning, transparency, and outcome-focused delivery.
  • Lead adoption of Agile frameworks, ensuring effective ceremonies, continuous improvement, and alignment to team metrics.
