About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of enterprise testing, quality, and security capabilities within the CI/CD organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical product management with knowledge of software engineering, testing, DevOps, DevSecOps, and developer platforms. The role will also focus on applying Generative AI and Agentic AI to improve testing, scanning, troubleshooting, remediation, and developer productivity.

Requirements

• CI/CD, DevOps, GitHub Actions, and developer workflow automation
• Software testing and quality engineering
• Selenium and test automation frameworks
• JMeter, Gatling, or k6
• SonarQube, Checkmarx, Fortify, or similar SAST platforms
• API, UI, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Zephyr, Jira, Xray, or similar test management platforms
• Cloud-native development, containers, and developer platforms
• DevSecOps and Secure Software Development Lifecycle
• AI & Agentic AI Expertise: AI-assisted test generation and maintenance, Intelligent test selection and flaky-test analysis, AI-based analysis of failures, logs, scan findings, and pipeline results, Agentic workflows for analysis, recommendations, and automated actions, AI-assisted root-cause analysis and remediation
• Understanding of AI security, governance, observability, and human oversight
• Ability to evaluate emerging AI capabilities and apply them to developer productivity
• Strong technical product management experience with engineering or developer platforms
• Ability to translate technical requirements into product strategy and roadmaps
• Strong stakeholder management across engineering, QA, security, architecture, and leadership
• Data-driven approach to adoption, platform performance, and business outcomes
• Ability to balance immediate needs with long-term platform modernization
• Strong judgment on where AI should assist, automate, or act autonomously
• A technically strong product leader with experience in CI/CD, testing, DevOps, or developer platforms.
• Someone who can improve developer experience while driving enterprise-wide standardization.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for enterprise Test and Scan platforms.
• Partner with engineering, QA, security, DevSecOps, architecture, and platform teams to define priorities.
• Drive adoption and standardization of testing and scanning capabilities across engineering teams.
• Improve developer experience through seamless integration with GitHub Actions and CI/CD workflows.
• Define KPIs for adoption, reliability, quality, security, and developer productivity.
• Evaluate tools, vendors, and technologies and define the platform modernization strategy.
• Identify opportunities to use Generative AI and Agentic AI for test automation, failure analysis, scanning, and remediation.
