Technical Product Manager
About The Position
What you will do Act as the main point of entry for technology requests across the business Work with stakeholders to clarify problems, challenge assumptions and shape ideas properly before they reach development Assess potential value, urgency and feasibility at a high level Help prioritise competing initiatives against business goals Maintain visibility over the technology roadmap and sequencing of work Coordinate communication between stakeholders and developers once work is underway Reduce unnecessary interruptions to the development team Help create a more disciplined and effective interface between business teams and engineering Identify pragmatic opportunities to use AI and automation to improve processes In practice, this role is as much about judgement as process. We are not looking for someone to add bureaucracy. We are looking for someone who can bring focus, structure and better decision-making.
