Technical Product Manager
About The Position

We are now expanding the boundaries of what video can be - moving from passive watching to active, interactive, multi-user journeys. If this excites you more than it scares you, you are in the right place. The Role We are looking for a Product Manager to take Infomediji products to the next level. You will deliver new products for leading VR video streaming company from scratch and be a center of expertise for both dev and business teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C products (RecSys, Apps)
- Experience with ML-based systems such as recommendation engines, personalization, or data-driven products
- Proven track record of managing and delivering complex technical products
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with CxO-level stakeholders effectively
- Track record of customer-centric thinking and the ability to translate user problems into product opportunities
- The ability to work through both the discovery and delivery phases of product development
- Leadership qualities that inspire and guide multiple development teams towards achieving product goals
- Fluency in English, Russian
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with AI-driven products or immersive media technologies is a plus
- 2+ years of hands-on engineering experience (Backend, ML, DevOps Engineer or related)
- Experience working with streaming platforms
- Advanced skills of SQL
- Experience working in start-up environment
Responsibilities
- Shape the long-term vision for new products and define how they stand out in the market of VR products
- Lead the product discovery process to validate product-market fit
- Develop a strong value proposition for new products across different customer segments
- Own and manage a cross-platform product roadmap
- Work closely with engineering teams to define problems clearly and assist with solution design, delivery, and iteration
- Identify and validate new opportunities to extend products impact
