About The Position

UniversalAGI is hiring its first Technical Product Manager to build and own the execution of its core platform from 0 to 1. This role involves building a product that replaces slow, compute-heavy numerical solvers with a proprietary Latent Interacting Field Transformer (LIFT) architecture. The goal is to take raw geometries and deliver physics-consistent outputs with high accuracy in seconds. The Technical Product Manager will work closely with the CEO and an elite team of PhDs and Physical AI pioneers to transform complex workflows from defense contractors, automotive OEMs, and energy companies into intuitive, scalable product solutions. This is a "ship outcomes" role where the work directly influences user interaction with models, iteration speed, and value delivery to engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 0-to-1 Product Experience: Strong product management skills with a proven track record of shipping highly technical products from scratch in an early-stage startup environment.
  • Deep Technical Fluency: Comfortable navigating APIs, cloud infrastructure, and holding your own in conversations with world-class PhD researchers and engineering leaders.
  • Olympic athlete mindset: High standards for yourself and obsession with measurable improvement on customer-delivered metrics.
  • Customer Obsession: Ability to extract qualitative feedback from sophisticated enterprise buyers and distill it into precise product requirements.
  • Resourcefulness: Knowing when to do a quick & correct fix versus investing in a robust solution, and justifying the tradeoff with impact.
  • Ownership: Comfortable owning work end-to-end and being accountable for measurable outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with physical engineering, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), finite element analysis (FEA), or reservoir simulation.
  • Experience with 3D applications, industrial design software, or automated meshing and post-processing tools.
  • Experience deploying into regulated / security-sensitive environments (gov/defense/enterprise).
  • Prior experience building for or selling to defense, aerospace, maritime, or energy enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer-facing experience across the UniversalAGI platform, including web UI, API, CLI, and CAD environment integrations (FreeCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks).
  • Translate complex simulation bottlenecks of engineers in defense, aerospace, maritime, and energy into precise product requirements.
  • Shape the roadmap for automated data generation pipelines, active learning capabilities, uncertainty quantification, and geometry morphing tools.
  • Act as the translation layer between machine learning researchers, physics domain experts, and enterprise customers.
  • Design product features that accommodate strict enterprise deployment requirements, including ITAR-ready, on-premise, and air-gapped sovereign environments.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation and equity.
  • Competitive health, dental, vision benefits paid by the company.
  • 401(k) plan offering.
  • Flexible vacation.
  • Team Building & Fun Activities.
  • Great scope, ownership and impact.
