About The Position

Relativity Space is hiring a Technical Product Manager for its Reliability team, which works with design, manufacturing, test, and launch teams to embed quality and reliability throughout the Terran R design and production process. The team is establishing scalable processes, controls, and inspections as the program moves from development to production and scaled operations. The role owns the design, development, and continuous improvement of scalable process infrastructure across the factory and supply chain. It treats core enterprise workflows—including MRP, procure-to-pay, material conveyance, factory automation, and change management—as products with ongoing lifecycles. The work combines systems engineering, process design, and software integration, requiring knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain operations and the ability to build robust, intuitive, and performance-driven technical solutions. The position collaborates across manufacturing, supply chain, software engineering, finance, and operations to translate operational needs into scalable systems, improve workflow performance, and support factory and supply chain automation. It also establishes change-management and data-governance standards and maintains documentation of technical architecture, process flows, and interface contracts. The hiring range is $126,000–$188,000 USD. Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. Relativity Space also offers competitive salary and equity, PTO and sick leave, parental leave, and an annual learning and development stipend.
