About The Position

Drives the strategy, development, and adoption of the IT Agentic AI Framework, a foundational platform that enables teams across the IT organization to design, build, and deploy intelligent software agents at scale. The role bridges the evolving agentic AI landscape and enterprise IT goals, translating multi-agent architectures into governed, reusable capabilities that accelerate solution delivery. The Product Manager owns the framework roadmap and enterprise orchestration strategy, including orchestration capabilities, agent-library governance, developer enablement, and selection and evolution of the core orchestration engine. The role advises engineering teams, solution architects, and business stakeholders on agent design patterns, MCP-based tool integration, orchestration practices, and context management. It also partners with architecture, security, compliance, and the AI Center of Excellence to define requirements and milestones and embed trust, risk, security, privacy, and governance controls into the framework. The position leads enablement for teams adopting the framework and monitors emerging standards, open-source frameworks, and vendor capabilities to inform roadmap recommendations. It also applies product-management and Lean-Agile practices, including backlog prioritization, PI planning, stakeholder alignment, and coordination with architecture and Agile teams to deliver business outcomes.
