Imagine what you can do here! At Apple, great ideas have a way of becoming great products, services, and customer experiences very quickly. The Apple Services Engineering team is one of the most exciting examples of Apple's long-held passion for combining art and technology — these are the people who power the App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, iCloud, Fitness+, News+, Books, and Podcasts. And they do it on a massive scale: 2.5+ billion active devices, 850+ million weekly active users on the App Store alone across 175 countries. We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to help design and enhance the platform that governs the availability of over 500 million digital SKUs and calculates content provider payouts. Since 2008, Apple has paid more than $550 billion to App Store developers alone. You’ll partner with product, engineering, business operations, legal, tax, and finance to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications. You'll move between long-term platform investments and near-term business initiatives. You'll ensure the features you launch comply with the legal, regulatory, tax, and business requirements that come with operating globally — work that has grown more central each year as digital marketplace regulation accelerates. You’ll thrive in this role if: You enjoy solving hard problems, ask questions before assuming, and build trust across functions. You embrace change and adapt as new information surfaces. You obsess over details but know when to seek help. You respect expertise and aren't afraid to share your own. You look for opportunities to build capabilities once and scale them across many lines of business. You hold a high bar for your work and invest in relationships that help you achieve more than you could alone. DESCRIPTION The Technical Product Management team for the Services Pricing Platform is responsible for translating pricing-related business ideas and strategies into tangible products and features. This role requires engaging deeply with cross-functional stakeholders (such as engineering, QA, business, operations, legal, compliance, and finance) to enhance and develop technical capabilities, including authoring detailed specification documents for engineering development. Examples from the past few years include developing new business models involving complex calculations based on contracts, enhancing content availability rules to comply with local laws and regulations, and modernizing the platform to make it more configurable and scalable.
