About The Position

Quantifind is expanding its product offerings in the sanctions compliance space. This role is for a Technical Product Manager who will help define and build the company's sanctions compliance product offering. The ideal candidate will have prior product management experience and deep familiarity with sanctions compliance and risk intelligence products. They will understand the complexity of building products for regulated users who need to move quickly, trust the information presented to them, and explain their decisions to internal stakeholders and regulators. This is a highly entrepreneurial product role where the candidate will help answer foundational questions about which sanctions workflows to disrupt, where existing tools fail users, and what a strong product offering should include and exclude. The role involves working closely with product leadership, engineering, data science, design, sales, customer success, and external customers to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into a focused product strategy. The candidate will develop a deep understanding of sanctions compliance users to shape roadmap priorities, define product requirements, and guide delivery. They will also support customer discovery, product positioning, demos, and sales enablement. Quantifind's Graphyte platform uses AI and NLP to identify signals of risk across disparate and unstructured text sources. The company aims to bring better data, intelligence, and user experiences to sanctions workflows to help compliance teams focus on critical risks and make faster, more confident decisions.

Requirements

  • Prior product management experience.
  • Deep familiarity with sanctions compliance and risk intelligence products.
  • Understanding of the complexity of building products for regulated users.
  • Sanctions domain expertise.
  • Understanding of screening and investigation workflows and where existing tools fall short.
  • Ability to make clear prioritization tradeoffs to define a practical MVP.
  • Rigorous and analytical approach.

  • Ability to validate assumptions with customers and users.
  • Ability to adapt quickly as you learn.

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with experience building products for sanctions compliance and other regulated workflows.
  • Direct experience with sanctions compliance workflows, such as alert review, list management, entity resolution, UBO analysis, and auditor documentation.
  • Understanding of the needs of compliance users and ability to speak credibly about their operational challenges.
  • Experience interacting directly with APIs and familiarity with common API protocols, integrations, and customer implementation considerations.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to use data to inform product decisions, define success metrics, investigate product performance, and evaluate customer outcomes.
  • Ownership mentality.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
