About The Position

Evinova is a global health-tech business within the AstraZeneca Group. We build Unify, a digital platform that makes clinical trials faster, easier, and less burdensome for patients, clinical sites, and the sponsors who fund them. We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to own Unify's reporting, dashboards, and analytics product (URD) — the trusted source of truth study teams, sites, and sponsors use to monitor how a trial is running. This is a data-centric product role at its heart: your job is to turn raw trial data into governed, reliable, and actionable insight, with a particular focus on compliance dashboards that show whether a study is being run accurately and safely. Today, too many teams still rely on manual exports and spreadsheets, and dashboards are often rebuilt study by study. Your mission is to change that — delivering standardized, plug-and-play, trustworthy analytics that surface the right insight the moment someone logs in.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience in product management , including data, analytics, BI, or reporting products.
  • Strong data proficiency — comfortable with data modeling and metric definitions, reading and reasoning about SQL, and working hands-on with engineers and analysts on pipelines and warehouses.
  • Experience with BI / dashboarding tools (e.g. Superset, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) and an eye for what makes a dashboard genuinely usable and trusted.
  • Metric governance approach — a track record of establishing consistent, well-defined metrics and a single source of truth across an organization.
  • Regulated-data experience or aptitude — familiarity with data integrity, audit trails, and standards such as 21 CFR Part 11 (healthcare, clinical, financial, or comparable), or the ability to ramp quickly.
  • Prioritization under constraint — shipping incrementally and making evidence-based calls when demand exceeds capacity.
  • Excellent communication and collaborator leadership — able to align data engineers, analysts, commercial, and compliance colleagues, and to explain data decisions to both technical and executive audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of clinical-trial or healthcare data, and the compliance measures that matter in that setting.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms and pipelines (e.g. warehouse/lake, object storage, relational databases).
  • Experience bringing AI or natural-language analytics to production responsibly.
  • Experience with multi-tenant (SaaS) analytics and region-specific data-residency requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Product vision & roadmap for URD — the reporting and analytics layer across Unify, from compliance and operational dashboards to sponsor-facing insight.
  • Compliance dashboards as a priority — for example participant compliance, clinician/site notice compliance, questionnaire responses and scoring, safety instruments, data changes, and study close-out — giving teams a real-time view of trial conduct and quality.
  • A governed metric layer — a single catalog of clearly-defined, agreed metrics so every dashboard tells a consistent, trusted story ('one source of truth').
  • Plug-and-play, role-aware dashboards — standardized dashboard packs that configure to a study's build and show each user (site, sponsor, internal) exactly what they need, without custom rebuilds each time.
  • Data trust and integrity — build in signals for data freshness, quality checks, and traceability, and ensure the product meets regulated-data expectations (audit trails, data-integrity and 21 CFR Part 11 principles).
  • The reporting data foundation — partner with engineering on the reporting data pipeline (URDP) and warehouse that feed the dashboards, so analytics are timely, accurate, and scalable.
  • AI-assisted analytics — shape capabilities like a reporting assistant that lets users ask questions across studies in plain language and get trustworthy, governed answers.
  • Scale across markets — support multi-customer and region-specific needs (including China-hosted analytics), balancing global consistency with local requirements.
  • A single, prioritized backlog — make transparent trade-offs across new dashboards, quality/compliance work, and platform investment, and measure success by adoption and trust, not volume of reports shipped.

Benefits

  • qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]
