As a Technical Product Manager, AI Agent Platform, you will shape the platform capabilities that make it faster, safer, and easier for Dayforce teams to build intelligent agent experiences. You will work with large language models (LLMs), MCP tools, agent orchestration, APIs, evaluation frameworks, and emerging AI technologies to solve enterprise-scale challenges impacting millions of end users and thousands of customers. This is a hands-on product leadership role where you will partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Product teams to transform ambiguous AI opportunities into scalable, user-centered platform capabilities. To support collaboration with globally distributed teams, this role requires working hours aligned with Pacific Time.
