About The Position

The Technical Product Delivery Lead drives end-to-end delivery of strategic product initiatives from initiation through execution and launch. The role partners with cross-functional teams to develop high-level solutions, design and size delivery plans, and ensure successful execution against timelines and business objectives. The position is onsite in Walnut Creek, California, and has a stated duration of six months. Local candidates are preferred, and candidate location should be listed on resumes.

Requirements

Proven experience in product delivery, project management, or technical program management roles.
Strong understanding of solution architecture, design, and sizing methodologies.
Experience with Jira and agile delivery practices.
Excellent risk management and mitigation skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies and work with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead project initiation, including requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment.
Drive high-level solutioning, architecture, design, and sizing to establish a robust delivery plan.
Develop and maintain detailed delivery roadmaps and timelines.
Track progress against delivery plans and proactively identify risks, challenges, and dependencies.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address risks and obstacles.
Ensure Jira hygiene, including accurate ticket creation, updates, and closure.
Manage dependencies across cross-functional and external teams to ensure seamless execution.
Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams to drive delivery.
Provide regular status reports and executive updates highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
Facilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders.
Partner with risk management teams to ensure compliance and delivery readiness.
Work with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to prepare for product launch and operational handover.
