CustomerGauge is seeking a seasoned Technical Presales professional to act as a trusted advisor for midmarket and enterprise prospects and customers in North America. This role focuses on the technical aspects of complex, high-value sales cycles, building buyer confidence through expertise in NPS and CX, solution architecture, and a consultative approach. The position also involves ongoing responsibility for a portfolio of strategic accounts post-sale, ensuring customers achieve value and grow their investment. The primary focus is on technical sales, with account management serving to deepen relationships and understand customer success. The role reports to the CRO, with a secondary reporting line to the Director of Strategic Account Management.
