About The Position

Dynamic Integrated Services (DIS) is seeking a Technical Practitioner to join our growing organization. The Technical Practitioner supports enterprise Electronic Health Record (EHR) deployments across multiple hospitals and clinics. This individual serves as a technical project lead responsible for site assessments, infrastructure discovery, gap analysis, technical readiness, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and deployment activities throughout the EHR implementation lifecycle. The role combines healthcare IT, infrastructure assessment, project management, and client-facing consulting responsibilities, with regular travel to healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and coordinate technical discovery activities at hospitals and clinics
  • Assess End User Devices (EUDs), Medical device interfaces, Third-party/interfaced systems, Data drops and power outlets (DDPO), and Network and infrastructure readiness
  • Document current-state environments and identify gaps
  • Perform post-discovery analysis
  • Define technical scope and implementation requirements
  • Compare site environments against enterprise standards
  • Develop remediation and readiness plans
  • Track device procurement and logistics
  • Support cutover planning and go-live activities
  • Coordinate technical engineering workstreams
  • Manage vendors and external partners
  • Build relationships with Site IT leadership, Network teams, Engineering teams, Clinical technology teams, and External vendors
  • Provide status updates and implementation guidance
