The Technical Portfolio Manager – Principal 2 leads DIRECTV programs across multiple portfolios, delivering strategic initiatives that drive business growth, enhance customer experience, and achieve financial and operational objectives. Initiatives may include system and capability implementations, new product launches, acquisition and support platforms, and complex solution delivery for consumer and commercial lines of business. This role is responsible for the planning, onboarding, and execution of large-scale portfolios comprised of multiple complex initiatives. The manager provides oversight of portfolio financials, ensures accurate communication and reporting, and partners closely with Project and Program Management Centers of Excellence (PMO CoEs). Success in this role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries. The Technical Portfolio Manager – Principal 2 mentors team members, strengthens execution discipline, and drives continuous improvement in delivery quality and organizational capability, while proactively managing risks and dependencies across business areas.
