About The Position

EverPass is seeking a Technical Partner Manager to own the build-out of our Approved Developer ecosystem for AV control systems. This role is the primary driver for enabling AV control system partners to develop high-quality integrations with EverPass — and for getting those integrations published and available to customers through official vendor storefronts, or key product platform features. You will manage the full lifecycle from partner intake through storefront launch, coordinating across Product, Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to hit hard external deadlines. This is a senior, cross-functional ownership role. You will be the point person for relationships with enterprise AV vendors (i.e. Crestron, RTI, SAVI, and others) and their developer and partnership programs, and you will drive the legal, marketing, and technical workstreams required to place EverPass on each platform's official store, or within their platform. You will own all key partner relationships and create an EverPass developer ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in Technical Partner Management, Solutions Engineering, Developer Relations, or Platform Ecosystem roles
  • Demonstrated experience owning developer or partner program submissions — app stores, vendor storefronts, or similar certification-gated ecosystems
  • Comfortable driving commercial and legal workstreams (SOWs, NDAs, partner agreements) in coordination with Legal, without needing hand-holding
  • Experience managing relationships with enterprise vendors or large technology partners at a peer level
  • Strong working knowledge of APIs (REST, auth, payload debugging) and the ability to engage credibly with engineers on both sides
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams — Legal, Marketing, Engineering — under hard external deadlines
  • AV industry experience required or strongly preferred (Crestron, Q-SYS, RTI, and others)
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment with incomplete processes and high ownership expectations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting or building AV control system integrations
  • Familiarity with league-calendar-driven product timelines (sports, media, or venue technology)
  • Basic scripting or API debugging skills

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end partner lifecycle for Approved Developers — intake and qualification, commercial paperwork (SOWs, NDAs, TPP agreements), technical onboarding, and production launch
  • Lead storefront submission for all platforms including developer program enrollment, certification coordination, and fulfillment of each platform's specific legal and asset requirements
  • Drive legal workstreams in partnership with Legal — including third-party partner agreements, API terms of service, and storefront-specific paper — ensuring alignment to production API and launch deadlines
  • Coordinate with Marketing on listing assets (copy, icon/logo, screenshots, demo video, keywords) to each platform's spec, and on launch sequencing and co-marketing motions
  • Manage technical relationships with driver development partners and software-led API partners.
  • Evaluate partner technical capabilities and integration approach; validate that partner-built drivers meet EverPass quality standards
  • Provide hands-on guidance and support through sandbox, validation, and production phases
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across Legal, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product.
  • Surface integration patterns and partner feedback to Product to improve APIs over time
  • Work with Product and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop a roadmap for key capabilities for the EverPass AV Ecosystem.
  • Solicit feedback from all consumers of the API and help to draft new requirements and key functionality to be offered to the ecosystem.
