About The Position
KOLO-TV is seeking experienced Technical Operators/Directors for their Morning Shows. This role involves managing the station's on-air elements, including directing newscasts, studio recordings, and master control operations. The position also includes various production-related tasks. Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of live news production, master control automation, and editing. While training is provided, a Saturday/Sunday morning shift is mandatory, with potential for negotiable hours and days.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in television production preferred
- Willing to reside within 30 minutes of the station
- Basic knowledge of live news production
- Basic knowledge of master control automation
- Basic knowledge of editing

- Experience with ENPS
- Experience with VIZrt
- Experience with NVerzion
- Experience with Edius/Premier Editors
- Bilingual (Spanish)
