The Technical Operations Specialist II is the primary point of contact for internal and external customers and represents Gulfstream's Product Support network for both technical and non-technical situations. Under minimal direction, this role provides advice and guidance to the company and the customer on installation, service, repair, replacement, modification, and maintenance of Gulfstream aircraft systems and support equipment. The specialist builds customer relationships by troubleshooting and solving the entire spectrum of aircraft systems, support equipment, and operational problems pertaining to our in-service product. This role also conceives, develops, tests, and evaluates new ways to improve the technical support effort.
