Rune Technologies builds mission-critical software for military logistics and sustainment. Our flagship product is TyrOS, an AI-enabled logistics command and control platform that gives commanders a single, real-time operating picture of their sustainment fight, from inventory and distribution to medical and operational planning, even in degraded and contested environments. We're not a traditional defense contractor. We're a small, fast-moving team that combines deep operational experience in and with the DoD with the software discipline of the best product companies, and we apply that combination to a customer set that desperately needs it. We stay close to our users by embedding directly with military units during exercises and rotations, and we ship constantly based on what we learn. The U.S. military and its allies face a real logistics modernization problem. We're building the software to solve it. As a Technical Operations Specialist, you will sit at the intersection of quality assurance (QA) testing, customer training, deployment support, and field operations. This role is designed for someone who understands military operations, cares deeply about the user, and wants to help bring modern technology to the soldiers, Marines, airmen, and operators still in the field. You will support Rune’s Mission Success organization by helping test new software releases, prepare deployment packages, train users, collect product feedback, and assist with software and hardware deployments at customer sites. At headquarters, much of your work will focus on QA testing, training material development, and product readiness. In the field, you will help deploy Rune products, support software updates, train military users, and capture feedback that informs future product improvements. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn quickly, operate in high-stakes environments, and help ensure Rune’s products work reliably for the users who depend on them.
