About The Position

We are looking for an experienced, versatile Technical Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operation and improvement of the business systems our teams rely on. Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will work directly with teams across the business. Where deeper development is required, you will engage Engineering with clear context and coordinate the request through testing, communication, and completion.
