About The Position

Responsibilities
- Direct live productions: Take the lead on newscasts and local productions, ensuring every transition is seamless and every shot is on point.
- Own the airwaves: Monitor on-air signals and transmitter logs with precision, keeping us compliant and crystal clear for our audience.
- Drive digital content: Ingest daily programming and commercials while crafting elements for our web channels to keep our digital audience engaged.
- Master live events: Run local commercial breaks for live sporting events - because when the game is on the line, our execution has to be perfect.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with news and production crews to bring our stories to life across every platform we own.
- Maintain the standard: Ensure all FCC logs and station requirements are met with a "zero-fail" mindset.
- Our systems: Ross Overdrive automation, Ross production video switcher, MCR/Harris automation, Platinum House routing system, VizRT graphics, Adobe Photoshop, ENPS, Edius editing software.
