About The Position

We are seeking a Technical Marketing Engineer to help Product Management and Development accelerate the requirements around customer transformation aaS journey. The successful candidate will help with the customer design and work directly with Product Management and Engineering on design architecture that is geared toward strategic migrations to a cloud solutions. This team member will work cross functionally from the business unit to outward facing GEOs, Partners and Customers. You will begin with identifying customer objectives and then develop best-practice guidelines. We are looking for a thought leader with strategic business mindset. The ideal candidate will use technical acumen and communication skills to problem solve, challenge the status quo and uncover cloud use cases. Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Typically 6-10 years experience.
Extensive experience with multiple software systems design tools and languages.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience in overall architecture of software systems for products and solutions.
Designing and integrating software systems running on multiple platform types into overall architecture.
Evaluating forms and processes for software systems testing and methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels.

Direct experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects.

Knowledge and expertise in security and ransomware
Proven track record of being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and work in fast paced, ambiguous environments.
Ability to credibly coordinate between project teams and customers to meet unique customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Leads multiple project teams of other software systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners responsible for all stages of design and development for complex products and platforms, including solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration.
Manages and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on software systems design and development.
Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with systems design and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk.
Provides domain-specific expertise and overall software systems leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the software systems design organization.
Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
Help orchestrate a near, mid, and long-term vision and strategy for the overall customer’s cloud transformation by collaborating with the development, product management and customers.
Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills through all levels of an organization and develop long term relationships based on excellence.
Maintain a broad and in-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing, to unlock opportunities for customers.
Create and maintain collateral for specific productions and solutions such as Videos, Podcasts, White Papers, Blogs, and FAQ documents.
Possess a strong background driving best practices seamlessly into solution delivery.
Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
Be a thought leader across HPE data infrastructure organizations to knowledge share success mechanisms, and mentor junior team members.
Be able to build out and support data center infrastructure and experience setting up data center environments.
