About The Position

You will work closely with experienced mentors in Product Management, UX, and Sales, gaining exposure to the full product lifecycle while helping to solve real-world customer challenges. As a Technical Marketing Engineer, you will support the team in executing product strategies.

Requirements

  • Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a Bachelors + 0 years of relevant experience. Relevant fields include Computer Science, Computer Networking, Cyber Security, etc.
  • Experience with basic networking and security theories and concepts, along with a foundational understanding of software and hardware within their respective domains.
  • Able to legally live and work in the country for which you’re applying, without visa support or sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CCNA Cybersecurity certification.
  • Experience with basic scripting or programming, including the development of software, web applications, or content on platforms like GitHub.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts, and experience in developing AI applications.
  • Relevant co-op or internship experience in Computer Networking or Cyber Security, with a strong preference for candidates who can provide a letter of recommendation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering technical insights to support product development.
  • Help track the competitive landscape under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support cross-functional teams in documenting product requirements.
  • Assist in validating product definitions with customer feedback.
  • Help develop basic technical collateral, training aids, and demonstration scripts.
  • Gather and organize customer/partner feedback for review by the product team.
