Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable queries for analytics and reporting against complex data sources. Leverage AI prompting techniques to support data access, synthesis, and reporting for official agency needs. Explain technical findings and data limitations clearly to end-users to enable confident operational use of data.
Requirements
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating complex data requests into clear, actionable queries for complex analytics data sources
- Experience explaining technical findings and data limitations in simple, non-technical language to end-users
- Experience in a complex data analysis, senior business/systems analyst, and/or data liaison role
- Strong experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience collaborating with end-users and performance analysts or IT internal leaders to create and validate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
