About The Position

The Technical Lead is responsible for the application or domain architecture of a solution, including its assembly and integration into the existing landscape. In alignment with the principles, define the structure of the system, its interfaces, and the implementation. Responsible for the management and mitigation of technical risks, ensuring that the solution services can be delivered by the chosen technology components.

Responsibilities

  • Strong full-stack development experience
  • Experience with at least one major frontend framework (Preferred: Vue, Acceptable: React or Angular)
  • Strong backend API development experience (Preferred: Python, Acceptable: Java, .NET, or Node.js)
  • Experience building or maintaining enterprise applications
  • Exposure to legacy systems, migrations, refactoring, or modernization efforts
  • Good understanding of REST APIs
  • Strong understanding of authentication and authorization (Preferred: JWT, OAuth, OIDC, Azure AD / MSAL)
  • Basic cloud deployment knowledge (Preferred: Azure, Acceptable: AWS)
  • Experience with Docker / containerization
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Preferred: Azure DevOps, Acceptable: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Strong testing and code quality practices (unit testing, E2E testing, code reviews, linting)
  • Ability to debug across frontend, backend, and deployment layers
  • Ability to assess impact across multiple applications/services
  • Leadership capabilities (code reviews, mentoring developers)
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Ownership mindset with accountability for delivery and outcomes
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
  • Willingness to quickly learn new tools and technologies
  • Collaborative team attitude
