Technical Lead - TS/SCI w/Poly
About The Position
Ensure the safety and security of our nation as a Technical Lead at GDIT. You’ll apply the latest technology and provide operational support to deliver actionable intelligence for the Intelligence Community. Our work depends on a Technical Lead joining our team who has at least 10+ years of experience in IT disciplines in the area of operations, analysis and virtual operations to support customer requirements. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
Requirements
- TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
- 10+ years of related experience in IT disciplines
- At least five (5) years of experience as a technical lead
- Demonstrated experience with software virtualization products
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning/roadmap development and execution for operational systems
- A bachelor’s degree in an IT or engineering related field (or four (4) years of demonstrated experience in IT disciplines in lieu of a degree)
- Strong ability to work with leadership team to plan and execute tactical and strategic efforts
- Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate experienced technical staff
- Demonstrate planning and organization skills
- Demonstrate ability to communicate issues, impacts, and corrective actions
- Demonstrate ability to clearly report relevant information
- MS Office suite
Nice To Haves
- A master’s degree in an IT or engineering related field
- Demonstrated expertise with mission support systems
- Demonstrated experience in IT process improvement through software automation process
- Demonstrated experience with on-premise data centers, cloud services, and edge computing
- Demonstrated experience with deploying systems accredited at an INT-C level
Responsibilities
- Designing and maintaining an on-premise multi-tenant data center environment
- Serving as the lead point of contact (POC) for the Sponsor on all technical related issues, including Tier 1-3 support
