About The Position

As the Technical Lead for Patient Strategy, you will bridge the gap between complex pharmaceutical patient data and cutting-edge AI orchestration. You will be responsible for designing the "single source of truth" for patient data by integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with AWS Data Lakes. A primary focus of this role is leading the development of Agentic AI solutions using AWS Bedrock to deliver real-time, proactive "nudges" to patients and case managers, ensuring all solutions meet strict HIPAA and Pharma-specific regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on Healthcare/Pharma.
• Advanced proficiency in AWS (Lambda, Glue, S3, Athena) and Salesforce Health Cloud (or equivalent Patient CRM).
• Proven experience building and operationalizing AI agents using AWS Bedrock or similar LLM orchestration platforms.
• Deep understanding of Patient Engagement and Patient Service tools within the Pharmaceutical Commercial domain.
• Expert-level knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data governance for patient-facing systems.
• Experience leading technical project lifecycles from discovery through production cutover.
• Salesforce Health Cloud (Architecture, PHI controls, Data Modeling).
• AWS: Bedrock, AgentCore, S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda.
• Compliance: HIPAA, Global Privacy Laws, Data Governance.
• Data: EHR/FHIR integrations, MDM, Real-time data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Integration: Partner with Architects to design end-to-end data flows between Salesforce Health Cloud and AWS, ensuring data integrity and a unified patient profile.
• AI Orchestration: Lead the development and deployment of Custom AI Agents (Agentic AI) that utilize real-time Data Lake events to automate patient engagement.
• Cloud Engineering: Build and optimize serverless ETL pipelines and data workflows using AWS Lambda, Glue, S3, and Athena.
• Data Governance: Act as the technical authority for PHI handling, ensuring all digital solutions comply with HIPAA and regional privacy laws.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex AI and data-lake concepts into actionable strategies for both technical teams and non-technical commercial stakeholders.
