About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in either New York, Chicago, or Boston. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As Technical Lead for M&A project, you will support technical discovery, due diligence, and integration readiness for acquired and legacy products. With a technical-first focus on architecture decisions, integration dependencies, non-functional requirements, and cutover/stabilization execution, this is a vital, hands on role.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in systems engineering.
  • Experience working with enterprise integration patterns and controls (identity, security, networking, observability) in complex environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to synthesize technical findings into clear risks, options, and recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple engineering and control functions.
  • Experience working on mergers and acquisitions projects in enterprise environments.
