Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of software development experience.
2+ years of experience leading engineering teams or technical initiatives.
Strong expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or Go.
Experience designing distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native applications.
Strong understanding of databases, system design, and software architecture.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Mandatory Skills: Telecom Switching Routing NE Layer2 SW.
Experience: 5-8 Years.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience with AI/ML, data engineering, or modern cloud architectures.
Relevant technical certifications.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and architecture of enterprise applications and platforms.
Define coding standards, development best practices, and engineering guidelines.
Review solution designs to ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
Drive technical decision-making and technology selection.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and services.
Participate in hands-on coding for critical components and complex features.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
Mentor and coach developers to improve technical skills and career growth.
Lead sprint planning, technical discussions, and design reviews.
Guide team members in adopting engineering best practices and agile methodologies.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and customers to understand requirements.
Translate business needs into technical solutions and implementation plans.
Provide regular project updates and communicate technical risks to stakeholders.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with high quality.
Participate in effort estimation, release planning, and resource planning.
Support CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing initiatives.
Drive performance optimization, security compliance, and operational excellence.
