About The Position

Capgemini is seeking a Technical Lead – Java Full Stack to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise web applications. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and extensive hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful Services, Angular, and modern web technologies while collaborating with onsite, offshore, client, and third-party teams. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for conceptualizing technical solutions, defining application architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the entire software development lifecycle. You will leverage your expertise in backend, frontend, database, and cloud-native technologies to build robust, scalable, and high-performing applications while driving Agile best practices, technical excellence, and successful project execution.

Participate throughout the SDLC, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
