About the position
The job overview for this role is that Prezzee is seeking a Technical Lead (back-end focused) to join their team of Engineers. The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading a collaborative agile development team, ensuring best practice software engineering techniques are applied, and owning projects from design to production release. The role will involve a balance of integration work and greenfield projects, and the Technical Lead will have the opportunity to work with a range of technologies and patterns. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Engineers and ensure best practice software engineering techniques are applied
- Design and build quality code
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and production releases
- Address technical and design requirements
- Develop team members
- Balance integration work and greenfield projects
- Trust, protect, and develop the capabilities of Engineers
- Empower Engineers to take ownership of their products
- Explore, be creative, and innovate while bringing the Tribe's strategy to life
- Integrate enterprise solutions
- Work with AWS and have strong AWS skills
- Mentor and coach team members for personal and professional success
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Craft and build software using the latest delivery techniques

- Understanding of architectural concepts and cloud-based solution design
