About The Position

The Technical Lab Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting our Technical Support Team. You will recreate customer issues, run lab tests, and simulate network environments to help engineers diagnose and resolve problems faster. This role is fully onsite at our Hanoi facility and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work in a structured, well-equipped lab environment.

Requirements

  • Practical experience working in technical labs, including issue reproduction and environment simulation.
  • Knowledge of Broadband and Optical technologies (GPON, Active Ethernet, xDSL, etc.).
  • Ability to integrate, configure, and troubleshoot multi-vendor and multi-technology systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, in-office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Recreate complex customer-reported issues using lab equipment, simulation tools, and controlled test environments.
  • Work closely with Technical Support Engineers to analyze problems and validate potential solutions.
  • Maintain, configure, and improve lab environments, including Broadband, Optical, and integrated network platforms.
  • Document test procedures, results, and recommended fixes clearly and accurately.
  • Support continuous improvement of lab infrastructure, testing processes, and troubleshooting workflows.
