About The Position

Backed by a world-class partner ecosystem including AWS, Autodesk, UiPath, Capgemini, McKinsey, and Accenture, and trusted by teams at BMW, Hyundai, ArianeSpace, and NASA, we’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial technical account manager to help grow and strengthen our presence on the West Coast. You will work cross-functionally with Account Executives on the West Coast, as well as Marketing, Product, and Forward Deployed Engineering teams, collaborating closely with colleagues in Germany to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and long-term value. Your focus areas will include leading software rollouts, ensuring fast, measurable customer value realization, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, managing senior engineering stakeholders and internal Synera teams (AI, Academy, and Technical Experts), and building and expanding long-term enterprise relationships, driving adoption through structured engagement and strategic outreach.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the engineering domain, including enterprise account management, technical consulting, and account growth.
  • Strong familiarity with CAx tools and their applications in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or consumer goods.
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Highly data-driven, able to interpret customer metrics and proactively mitigate churn risks.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a proven track record of driving measurable account growth.

  • Residency in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Lead software rollouts and ensure fast, measurable customer value realization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, managing senior engineering stakeholders and internal Synera teams (AI, Academy, and Technical Experts).
  • Build and expand long-term enterprise relationships, driving adoption through structured engagement and strategic outreach.
  • Work cross-functionally with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Forward Deployed Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Germany to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and long-term value.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with key clients to review progress and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and conduct on-site workshops with customers.
  • Dedicate time to targeted outbound activities.
  • Run hands-on customer workshops to explore AI use cases.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and funnel reviews.
  • Analyze customer health metrics and define action plans.
  • Join product webinars.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Interpret customer metrics and proactively mitigate churn risks.
  • Drive measurable account growth.
