About The Position

The Technology (Infrastructure) Intern will be responsible for identifying assets and performing their registration on the inventory platform. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless accommodation is granted as required by law.

Requirements

Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day in hybrid model
Currently enrolled in a computer science, computer engineering or related degree field at an accredited college/university
Graduation date between August 2026 to May 2027

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
General knowledge of infrastructure components concepts such as Server, Router, Switch, Firewall, Storage Area Network, Virtualization, and Cloud Services

Responsibilities

Create and execute the appropriate inventory (hardware, OS, application dependencies) to ensure proper monitoring, support and accurate impact analysis.
Execute asset discovery across multiple environments i.e. development, testing and production gathering knowledge regarding dependencies and correlation between assets.
Participate in peer reviews to ensure the completeness of all assets inventory.
Understand and follow all applicable IT General Controls.
Identify, report, and review deviations in asset inventory.
May participate in the transition of software and systems into Technology (Infrastructure) Intern: Responsibilities include discovery of assets, dependencies mapping and report creation to assist in audit and security assessments.
