About The Position

ASRC Federal's Summer Technology Readiness Intern Development Experience (STRIDE) offers undergraduate college students the chance to apply their technological interests and knowledge to exciting real-world missions. We are seeking an intern who is currently enrolled in programs focused on IT disciplines. Work is performed in a collaborative environment in a remote setting. Interns will gain hands-on experience using a variety of technologies in support of our corporate mission.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology or other relevant studies
Must be a junior or senior in college at the time of application submittal.
Knowledge of cloud capabilities with providers like Azure, AWS, or Google
Ability to build test completed tasking and demonstrate results
Ability to document work and present tasking, findings, etc.
Ability to perform research and analyze data.
Ability to work independently but also in various collaborative team environments.
Proficient in Microsoft office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
"Can do" positive attitude.
Must be a US Citizen with ability to pass a company background investigation.

Nice To Haves

Experience with software installation and configuration.
Familiarity with Linux.
A commitment to learning and a genuine passion for emerging technological advancements are essential.

Responsibilities

Work closely with our IT and software teams on a variety of potential assignments, including, but not limited to, cloud configuration and architecture, help desk trouble shooting, and software infrastructure configuration.
Gain hands-on experience using a variety of technologies in support of our corporate mission.
Contribute to research projects developed by our tech experts.
