About The Position
The success of Fuse.Cloud is heavily reliant on the members of our technical operations team. The Technical Intern is a part-time employee and is a critical team member at Fuse.Cloud. In this role, the employee is responsible for assisting with technical-related onboarding, support, and maintenance for Fuse.Cloud customers. The employee reports directly to the VP, Technical Operations.
Requirements
- Graduation from a standard four-year high school or equivalent (GED or High School Equivalency Diploma)
- Excellent communication skills
- Thorough and self-sufficient
- Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
- Experience with Windows and all Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with onboarding clients to Fuse.Cloud services
- Assist with vendor implementation
- Assist with equipment configuration
- Assist with equipment installations
- Assist with client onsite service calls
- Assist with administrative tasks
