About The Position

Apogee is seeking a Technical Intelligence Analyst, Journeyman to support the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). The role provides analytical support in the application and advancement of Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), and Foreign Materiel Exploitation (FME). NASIC discovers and characterizes air, space, missile, and cyber threats to enable multi-domain operations, support weapon system acquisition, and inform national defense policy. The position supports NASIC’s delivery of authoritative, engineering-level scientific and technical intelligence.

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, contingent upon contract award. Occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) adjudication.
• Master’s degree.
• Eight years of experience providing analytical support for DoD and/or Intelligence Community organizations.
• Very strong research and analysis skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible team player who can work independently with minimal daily direction.
• Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel.
• Open to occasional travel.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting the Intelligence Community is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform total life cycle systems analyses, including technical studies, analysis of alternatives, planning, system integration, verification and validation, and supportability.
• Conduct system product analyses covering concepts, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
• Perform trade studies considering functional, cost, schedule, and risk factors.
• Execute requirements allocation and interface definition activities to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
• Develop and present briefings to senior personnel.
