Requirements

Experience interacting with technical and non-technical audiences at varying levels
Experience leading highly technical teams
Ability to coordinate and drive outcomes across various cross-functional teams, such as science, software, hardware, and systems engineering
Ability to architect under ambiguity, own the outcome alongside engineers, and communicate decisions clearly to both technical teams and senior non-technical stakeholders
Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies, develop real hands-on mastery, and lead engineers through full implementation with confidence
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a STEM field such as Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics

Nice To Haves

Experience with requirements analysis
Experience in a technical lead or principal role where you were accountable for both the architecture and whether it actually got delivered
Experience supporting DoD installations or integrating with mission or C2 systems across NIPR, SIPR, or coalition networks, including where the technical environment was inherited, undocumented, or both
Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
