Requirements

  • Experience interacting with technical and non-technical audiences at varying levels
  • Experience leading highly technical teams
  • Ability to coordinate and drive outcomes across various cross-functional teams, such as science, software, hardware, and systems engineering
  • Ability to architect under ambiguity, own the outcome alongside engineers, and communicate decisions clearly to both technical teams and senior non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar technologies, develop real hands-on mastery, and lead engineers through full implementation with confidence
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a STEM field such as Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with requirements analysis
  • Experience in a technical lead or principal role where you were accountable for both the architecture and whether it actually got delivered
  • Experience supporting DoD installations or integrating with mission or C2 systems across NIPR, SIPR, or coalition networks, including where the technical environment was inherited, undocumented, or both
  • Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
