About The Position

IronMountain Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting Technical Integrator to support the UH-60 Black Hawk platform within UHPO. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of programmatic leadership, executive-level communication skills, and technical depth, and will be capable of operating with minimal supervision in a fast-paced DoD program environment. This role requires close coordination with government Program Management Offices (PMOs), engineering teams, and operational stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience supporting DoD acquisition programs in accordance with FAR/DFARS processes
  • Proven ability to independently manage program execution activities with limited oversight
  • Experience leading or supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) across multiple disciplines
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to: Build clear, concise charts (schedule, cost, risk, performance) and Develop executive-level and customer-facing briefing decks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience briefing senior government and industry leadership
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, anticipate program needs, and take initiative without detailed direction
  • Solid technical foundation in one or more of the following: Rotary-wing aviation platforms, preferably UH-60 Black Hawk
  • Bachelors degree in a related field and minimum of 12 years experience
  • Active or ability to obtain DoD Secret (or higher) clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Current secrete security clearance preferred but must be able to receive
  • Ability to understand system architectures, interfaces, and aircraft integration challenges
  • Experience supporting aircraft integration efforts, including airworthiness, safety, and flight test
  • Background supporting fielded systems, operational deployments, or rapid capability insertion

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute programmatic activities in support of a DoD aviation program, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and technical objectives
  • Serve as a primary interface with government stakeholders, supporting PMO coordination, IPT execution, and program reviews
  • Develop and maintain program schedules, risk registers, action item trackers, and performance metrics
  • Prepare and deliver government-standard briefings, including Program Management Reviews (PMRs), technical status updates, and executive-level summaries
  • Translate technical progress and issues into clear programmatic impacts and recommended courses of action
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and integration challenges and drive mitigation actions to closure
