About The Position

As a Technical Integration Specialist, you’ll serve as the technical bridge between McLeod Software’s customers and third-party partners. You’ll play a key role in the implementation and configuration of Mobile/API applications, as well as vendor partner integration and support, ensuring that solutions are successfully delivered and supported.

Requirements

• 7+ years of related experience or 3+ years with a bachelor’s degree
• Background in software implementation and/or technical customer support
• Microsoft Office Suite, SQL and mapping data structures knowledge or experience
• Experience with third-party interfaces and/or API’s

Nice To Haves

• Previous McLeod Software and/or Transportation Industry Experience

Responsibilities

• Lead API and third-party integration projects from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate vendor rollouts and manage integration timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and partners during implementation
• Provide hands-on support with API usage, data mapping, and application logic
• Troubleshoot issues related to data flow, transformations, and system connectivity
• Configure and support mobile app and API implementations (firewalls, ports, setup)
• Serve as first-line technical support for mobile app and integration-related issues
