About The Position

Threat Tec is seeking a Technical Integration Facility (TIF) Manager to support the U.S. Army Future Training Directorate (FTD) in Orlando, Florida. Reporting to the One World Terrain Director, the manager will run daily operations for the program line of effort and the TIF, coordinate requirements across Army commands, and serve as the alternate on-site lead for the Threat Tec team.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance that is active at the start of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of relevant experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience managing a lab, integration facility, test site, or similar technical operation.
• Familiarity with JCIDS and Army acquisition processes.
• Experience planning events, demonstrations, and distinguished visits.

Nice To Haves

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with Army simulation, training, or modernization programs.
• Facility security or property accountability experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TIF operations for the program line of effort, including logistics, facility support, and special-event support.
• Recommend and advise on program objectives, long-range plans, and required resources.
• Help manage multi-organization, cross-functional events, demonstrations, and visits.
• Participate in coordinating technology across commands and Army Commands within JCIDS and Army acquisition processes.
• Coordinate with Army Centers of Excellence on DOTMLPF solution recommendations.
• Serve as alternate on-site lead for Threat Tec personnel.
