This position reports to the Service Sales Manager and plays a fundamental role in achieving revenue growth objectives. The Technical Inside Sales Specialist must be comfortable multitasking and interacting directly with ABB Customers. They will build relationships internally with the Operations Teams, Commercial Proposal Managers, Sales Managers and Administrators, and will also rely on and work with Channel Partners and Manufacturers’ Representatives. This role requires comfort in being the key point of contact for customers with urgent needs, and a certain level of technical knowledge of electrical products and services is expected. An ability to learn processes quickly and think creatively will be necessary to add value to customers. This position operates in a dynamic environment where it is imperative to be able to organize, prioritize, and have confidence to respond. This role is contributing to the Electrification Services Division in the United States and is a remote position, but successful candidates will be located in OH, KY, MA, RI, CT, or NH.
