About The Position

Join our growing distribution company, A Division of Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing, as a Technical Inside Sales Representative. No experience is needed as we will train and support the right candidate. We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated professional with a sincere desire to go the extra mile for the customer. We are a team of hardworking professionals striving to be the best in the industry. We are a privately-held independent fastener distribution company providing Class 'C' items, safety equipment (PPE), kits and assemblies, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Programs, and other supplies used in a wide range of industries. Our goal is to provide products and services that meet our customers' needs in a timely fashion with the highest level of quality and value.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Positive and strong work ethic
High attention to detail
Creativity and a desire to WORK HARD and HAVE FUN
Entrepreneurial, aggressive and dedicated achiever

Nice To Haves

Prior technical sales or customer service experience
Knowledge of fasteners
Epicor P21 experience
An associate, technical or bachelor degree

Responsibilities

Establish relationships with customers that will garner additional business
Ensure customer quotes and orders are entered accurately and in a timely fashion
Assist customers with finding solutions to address their needs
Support Field Sales Representatives
Educate customers on company products, services, and capabilities
Establish and maintain vendor relationships
