Technical Infrastructure Project Manager
About The Position
We're seeking a Highly experienced Technical Infrastructure Project Manager to lead high-impact enterprise technology initiatives that modernize critical services, strengthen security, and improve operational resilience across a complex environment. As a Technical Infrastructure Project Manager, you'll take ownership of planning, executing, and delivering complex infrastructure initiatives across enterprise technology teams. You'll be responsible for leading infrastructure, end-user services, and information security projects from inception through deployment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, architecture, cybersecurity, and vendor partners. You will manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive communications. You will facilitate technical discussions and help teams identify and resolve delivery challenges. You will drive operational readiness, service transition, cutover planning, and successful handoffs to support teams. You will translate technical complexity into concise, executive-friendly status updates and recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven success managing enterprise infrastructure technology projects.
- Hands-on experience working with one or more of the following: End User Services (EUS), Information Security & Operations, Identity and Access Management, Endpoint Security, Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity, IT Service Management (ITSM).

- Familiarity with ITIL practices, service transition frameworks, and operational readiness programs.
- Experience with cloud-enabled infrastructure modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of infrastructure operating model transformations or large-scale technology integrations.
- Exposure to AI-driven operational improvements and automation strategies.
- Experience with the following is highly valued: Planview, ServiceNow, Power BI, Microsoft 365 Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet.
